I really enjoyed reading the love story of Meredith and Travis. Short-Straw Bride is a fun read! I stayed up late one night reading and then finished the book the very next day! If you haven't read one of her novels then I highly recommend you do. I am not usually a huge fan of sappy Christian romance novels that just feel silly so I was unsure of how I would like the Short Straw Bride. Bethany House Publishers (June 1, 2012).
